CAALA

The attorneys at the Lensky Law Firm recently attended the 2015 Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) convention in Las Vegas to hone their legal skills and stay on top of new developments in the law. We sat in various lectures from basic seminars to highly specialized instructions in topics that included employment law, unique injuries, brain injuries, liens, insurance bad faith, excessive force and advanced trial skills.

The attorneys had the privilege to listen to well-seasoned judges, attorneys, and specialists from various areas in personal injury including the use of Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanic Engineers and Crash data to improve injury causation.

Overall it was a very informative three and a half days where we got to network and meet judges that practiced throughout CA and listen to what they wanted in their courtrooms.
